We began painting before the evolution brought us our language and speech. A two dimensional interpretation of a three dimensional world, was not the advanced way that we perceived the world; we had just discovered the fire. The shadows taught us how to paint. From this starting point our first cave paintings and rock-carvings were carried out by rich shapes. They were not drawn with contour lines or attempts to perspective drawings. So the question that comes to mind, are there more to find out from the shadows today? The pictures were shot in the city centre of Västerås, none of the pictures were arranged or manipulated. En tvådimensionell tolkning av en tredimensionell värld, så avancerat tänkte vi inte, vi som nyss upptäckt elden. Det var av skuggorna vi lärde oss att måla. Med denna förebild utfördes våra första grottmålningar och hällristningar, med fyllda former; inte tecknade med konturer eller försök till perspektiv. Och nu, idag, hittar vi något mer i skuggorna? Bilderna är tagna i västerås centrala delar, ingen av bilderna är arrangerad och/eller manipulerad. Hjärtligt välkommen.
